Fusion21 are renewing the framework agreement for Void Property & Associated Works Framework, incorporating but not limited to the following services. Void property security, alarm and monitoring service provision, cleaning and cleansing of void properties, removal and disposal of waste, grounds maintenance and pest control services to void properties. Minor repairs & decoration works and the provision of customer decoration allowance scheme for the supply of paint and decoration materials. This framework is for use by all UK (including both mainland UK and Northern Ireland) Contracting Authorities including but not limited to Local authorities, Social Housing providers e.g. RSL's, Almo's or any other Education Establishments, Government Departments and their Agencies: Non-Departmental Public Bodies: NHS Trusts.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: (1) All candidates must comply with the requirements of the State in which they are established, regarding registration on the professional or trade register.
(2) Any candidate found to be guilty of serious misrepresentation in providing any information required, may be declared ineligible and not selected to continue with this procurement process.
