South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive (SYPTE) and its partner Local Authorities (LAs) in the Sheffield City Region (SCR) will require the provision of Transport Modelling services over the next four years to inform policy and strategy decisions, underpin Major Scheme Business Cases (MSBCs) for transport schemes and to satisfy any associated Development Control, Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO), Public Inquiry and other ongoing requirements.

4. Evidence of how well clients' and their stakeholders' needs were met on recent projects.
5. Provide details of a recent example of a public transport demand model the company has developed or used as part of a wide area multi-modal model including a description of the data sources and estimation methodology.
6. Provide details of a recent example of a multi-modal transport assignment model the company has developed, describing the data sources, base year, the data matrix estimation, the segmentation used, calibration methods used and criteria met and details of the purpose to which the model was put.
7. Provide details of a recent example of a micro-simulation model the company has developed, including dates sources, modes and trip purposes, demand segmentation, time periods, any demand modelling used and if (and how) used in conjunction with wider area models.
8. Provide details of a recent example of a TUBA appraisal the company has carried out for a modelled scheme with a short explanation of how the scheme was initially defined and modelled and an interpretation of the benefits as calculated.
9. Evidence of satisfactory QA procedures followed during model development.
